About MeD8
We believe that the ability to communicate well, is one of the biggest factors in our personal life and business success.
Our Vision
The single biggest issue in business and life is good communication, and the illusion that it has taken place. We seek to boost communication and re-energise both the corporate and home environment by giving you the tools you need for positive interaction.
We recognise there are occasions where conflict can go beyond direct negotiation. In these situations, we specialise in avoiding litigation and help you resolve your personal or professional disputes through successful mediation.

To begin your journey:
"Blue House Nursery & International Preschool recently welcomed Dana Grossman from MeD8 to conduct an exercise with it’s team of educators, responsible for children in it’s programmes from 6 months to 6 years old. Blue House’s educational team engage in on-going and lengthy dialogue with families, children and other educators, requiring a heightened sense of highly tuned interpersonal and communication skills. Dana delivered an incredibly articulate and enjoyable workshop. Her humor and candid nature really engaged our team from the onset, but what she delivers with a smile on her face is backed up by powerful research and insight. Dana shared a number of key points of wisdom that have since been regularly and actively shared amongst our team and we are all better for it. We cannot recommend Dana and MeD8 highly enough for their professionalism and depth of content partnered with a warm and friendly manner we can only looking forward to welcoming back to us again in future."

I have on more than one occasion been in litigation where the parties opted for Mediation. I so much wished that MeD8 had been part of my skills arsenal at those times. The course is one of instruction within a work-shop environment. The experience of observing in real time the approach of peer professionals of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds is so very important to those of us working in this region. The course is designed to give the participants a cogent, organised and systematic methodology for everyday negotiation. That this is accomplished in two days is a mark of experience and professionalism. I recommend it to all, those on the top and those who would be the top. An essential and enjoyable trip!

As a regional manager in charge of Asia Pacific dealing with sales and contract negotiations daily, I found the Harvard Interest Based Negotiation course by MeD8 an essential tool for success. Being able to stop and rethink the strategies and tactics used throughout negotiations, I have gained an important point of view to [enhance] my day to day skills. Starting from assessing and understanding both parties interests, determining the zone of potential agreement and providing unconventional solutions, which many times allows to enlarge the "pie" and benefit for all parties involved. I now find myself using these techniques not only in negotiating for contracts but also internally within the corporate. i would definitely send my sales team to this course and would highly recommend it ti every person in sales/managerial positions. I will look forward to future training with MeD8 - the cultural differences in Asia and how to deal with them
