Johnson & Johnson have taken the first step with MeD8, enhancing effective tools for smooth dialogue and positive outcomes. The negotiation course took two days of high energy and hands on practices, negotiating in couples and multi parties, all in a safe lab- their own office, with their own team peers. They made the best out of the role plays, discussions and the variety of the modules the course challenge them to experience.

Dana Bachar Grossman founded Med8 in 2013 to promote the art of effective communication. The focus was to provide practical training and mediation services to streamline communication, reducing overhead costs, within organisation.
